WINNING !!! - A few words from team Tsunami 




After a successful 2012 season, 2013 comes with great expectations for our team. After winning all tournaments that we competed in 2012, including two National Championships and two South American Championships, it is a hard thing to do, but it is even harder to make it all happen again. For those reasons we did not take a break during the off season and strived to train every weekend.




Our effort has not proved wrong and we came out champions of the first tournament of the year, celebrated in Cali, Colombia on February 23rd.  The competition was intense, with the best teams of Colombia participating in the event. The qualifying round took us by surprise, winning only two out of the 4 matches; however, we managed to qualify for the semi-finals round. For the semi-finals and the finals round we adjusted some of our game plans, but more importantly we came out clean with no penalties, and won both of the matches.





It was a great event and it is a great feeling to start the year with a win, more importantly, knowing that all the hard work paid off and we are still the team to beat. Our new Geo´s 3.0 worked perfectly and the team is now more confident than ever

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. With the fullest support from the City Council of Penang – Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang – MBPP, and hosted on Georgetown city centre’s beautiful Polo Grounds saw the largest paintball tournament, Penang International Cup in Malaysia of the past few years with 89 teams. It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event. To help our teams build some momentum this week, beyond providing them with equipment that looks great and performs flawlessly, we thought we'd have some fun with them on social media and generate some online rivalry between them, as well as getting some fan support along the way.
