Liberty University take 3rd at the NCPA Nationals.

“I personally would like to congratulate Liberty University on their 3rd place finish. We have been working with them for over 6 years....! Year after year LU have stayed dedicated and committed to using Planet Eclipse markers. College teams have players changing every year due to graduation and freshman coming in. For LU to keep a competitive team going  for so long and the captains making sure all players are using the right equipment is just amazing. We appreciate the support and congratulations once again on the 3rd place finish!” says Marc Lancia

CFOA . . Round 1 !!

After the many changes seen around the paintball globe during the crazy offseason, it was time to kick off the competition here in the Southeast. During our time off, the CFOA reached an agreement with the NXL to become the Southeast’s regional affiliate league. This would mean that each overall winner from both the D4 hybrid, and D5 5 man divisions would win a trip to the NXL’s 2016 World Cup. The CFOA held their first event, the Queen City Masters, at Paintball Central in Rock Hill, SC. The two day event would feature the 3 man event on Saturday and the 5 man event on Sunday. Teams from all over the Southeast traveled in to Paintball Central to put their off season training to the test, knowing that a trip to World Cup was at stake.

The league saw some new faces as well as some old friends at the first event. At the 3 man event on Saturday we witnessed some tough competition in both the D6 and D5 divisions. CFOA 3 man veterans Carolina Cobras found themselves at the top of the podium with Fluid coming in a close second in the D5 division. Our D6 division, designed for the first time tournament player, saw some fierce competition all tournament long. Team Star Gold took home the gold with The wreckers, a local team out of Rock Hill, SC, coming in right on their heels.

On Sunday Morning we kicked off our 5 man competition bright and early. The reigning champions, After Hours Crew, fielding a team in both divisions, returned with hopes to defend their title. Team Kryptonite, CMK, Carolina Tradition and Exodus also returned to fight in the 2016 season. CMK, Bloodhounds, Kryptonite, and BR Boyz found themselves a spot on the podium in the D3/D4 hybrid division. Upstate Army, Dirty South Kidz, SC Storm and exodus fought their way to the top in the D5 division.

We would like to thank the NXL for making the CFOA the Southeast affiliate league! We would also like to acknowledge G.I. Sportz, Empire Paintball, and Planet Eclipse for being official sponsors of the 2016 season! We hope to see everyone at our second event of the season on April 9th and 10th at Paintball Central in Rock Hill South Carolina. For more information about our events, visit www.TheCFOA.Com.

Papeletto Smashin It (inc cool Drone Video)

PAPELETTO CAMPEAO CBX ETAPA 1 2016 CAMPEAO (4K) from Ready 2 Fly on Vimeo.

It was the first event of the Brazilian x-ball league. The event layout and rules was based on NXL Format.

On the first day of event we lost to one of our major competitors, Ninjinhas, (0x2), but won against another Planet Eclipse team from our home town, Pinta a Pua (4x0).

On the second day we beat our other major competitor, Jungle Boys (3x1) and tied against Ink that had one of our players playing with them.

After those 4 games we classified as second.

The semi finals was re-match against our  rivals Ninjinhas. We made some corrections to our tactics. It was a close game, but we beat them in overtime, after a 2x2 tie.

With our now corrected game plan we destroyed the Jungle Boys in the Finals ..... 4x0 :-)
